Our 30-Day Limited Guarantee
We offer a 30-day Quality Guarantee period, commencing on the date your inventory lot is delivered. This guarantee covers defects or discrepancies only in relation to the authenticity and agreed-upon quantity of the shipment.
Specifically, this guarantee covers:
- Authenticity: Guarantee that all down jackets are authentic products from the advertised manufacturer or brand, and the down filling and materials are genuine as described in the manifest.
- Quantity and Style: Guarantee that the total quantity and style breakdown delivered matches the final, signed Proforma Invoice.
Exclusions and “AS-IS” Clause
Please note the nature of surplus inventory means this guarantee is strictly limited. The following are not covered by the 30-Day Guarantee:
- “AS-IS” Condition: Due to the nature of overstock, last-season, and factory-second goods, all inventory is sold “AS IS.” Minor cosmetic flaws, subtle variations in color, minor stitching issues, or slight size inconsistencies typical of surplus lots are not considered defects under this guarantee.
- Retail Returns: We do not accept returns based on your customers’ retail preference, fit issues, or slow sales.
- Transit Damage: Damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier and should be covered by the buyer’s cargo insurance (FOB/CIF terms).
Claims Process
Should you discover a claimable defect (authenticity or quantity) within the 30-day period:
- Notification: You must notify your account manager immediately via email, providing photographic evidence and a written description of the discrepancy.
- Resolution: Valid claims will be processed through replacement inventory (if available) or a credit toward future purchases. We do not offer full cash refunds for bulk purchases unless mandated by contractual agreement.
